Your Rights and Obligations as a Player

Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply unless the context otherwise requires:

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation. These Terms & Conditions are issued in the English language, which shall be the governing language in all cases of dispute or ambiguity.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the 8888pk Platform — including simply browsing the website — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the 8888pk Platform and, if registered, close your Account by contacting customer support.

These Terms & Conditions supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between you and 8888pk regarding the subject matter herein. 8888pk reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time in accordance with Section 12 below.

Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an Account with 8888pk, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the period your Account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which your Account remains open.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities and organisations are not permitted to hold individual Accounts.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and email address.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement, voluntary or platform-imposed, that restricts your access to online gambling services.
• You must be capable of entering into a legally binding agreement in your jurisdiction.

Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only on the 8888pk Platform. Opening, or attempting to open, more than one Account — whether under your own name or through the use of another person's identity — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein, including any pending withdrawals.

8888pk reserves the right to request documentary evidence of identity, age, and address at any time. This process — commonly referred to as KYC verification — is mandatory before the processing of any withdrawal. Accepted documentation includes a clear, legible photograph of your valid Pakistani CNIC (front and back). Accounts where identity cannot be satisfactorily verified will have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is completed.

Account Security and User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 8888pk Account login credentials, including your password and any OTP codes received in connection with account access. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances.

You must notify 8888pk customer support immediately if you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. 8888pk will not be liable for any losses you sustain as a result of unauthorised use of your Account where you have failed to notify us promptly upon becoming aware of such unauthorised use.

Your responsibilities with respect to your Account include, without limitation:

• Ensuring that no person under the age of 21 has access to your device or Account credentials;
• Keeping your registered mobile number and email address current and accurate;
• Reviewing your transaction history regularly and reporting any discrepancies to 8888pk support without delay;
• Ensuring that your use of the Platform does not violate the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located at the time of use;
• Not permitting any other person to use your Account on your behalf, whether for gambling purposes or for the management of your PKR Wallet.

8888pk employs 256-bit SSL encryption, two-factor authentication, and session monitoring to protect your Account. However, the security of your Account also depends on the actions you take. You are advised to use a strong, unique password for your 8888pk Account and to enable two-factor authentication via your registered Pakistani mobile number.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

All financial transactions on the 8888pk Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 8888pk supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Supported payment methods may be updated from time to time at 8888pk's discretion.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200. Maximum deposit limits may apply based on the selected payment method and your Account verification status.
• Deposits are credited to your PKR Wallet immediately upon successful processing by the payment provider.
• 8888pk does not accept deposits from payment sources that are not registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the source where practically possible.
• Deposited funds may only be used for gambling activity on the 8888pk Platform.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. 8888pk aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 30 minutes via JazzCash and EasyPaisa.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Your first withdrawal request will not be processed until your CNIC-based identity verification has been completed and approved.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. 8888pk does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to: ongoing verification procedures, suspected fraudulent activity, or technical issues with payment providers.
• Bonus Funds and any winnings attributed solely to Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

8888pk offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses are governed by these General Terms & Conditions as well as any specific promotion terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions applicable to all 8888pk promotions:

• Eligibility: Only one welcome bonus is available per new player Account. Promotional offers are available to players whose Accounts are in good standing and not subject to any restriction.
• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before associated winnings can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Game Contributions: Different game categories contribute at different rates towards wagering requirements. Live casino games and table games may contribute at a lower rate (or zero) compared to slot games. Specific contribution rates are communicated in each promotion's terms.
• Time Limits: All bonuses have an expiry period within which wagering requirements must be completed. Bonus Funds and associated winnings remaining at the expiry of this period will be forfeited automatically.
• Bonus Abuse: 8888pk monitors bonus usage for patterns consistent with bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: placing opposing bets across different accounts, using low-risk betting strategies with a statistical advantage, and any behaviour designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay risk. Detection of bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of bonuses and associated winnings.
• Right to Modify: 8888pk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Game Rules and Betting Conduct

All games available on the 8888pk Platform are operated according to individual game rules published within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with applicable game rules before placing real-money wagers. 8888pk shall not be liable for losses arising from a Player's unfamiliarity with game rules.

All casino game outcomes on the 8888pk Platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game equipment operated by professional dealers. 8888pk does not manipulate game outcomes. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages reflect certified, independently audited statistical outcomes.

With respect to sports betting on the 8888pk Platform:

• Bets placed on live and pre-match sporting events — including PSL cricket, T20 internationals, and other sports markets — are subject to the applicable sportsbook rules published on the Platform.
• In the event of any error, system fault, or human error affecting bet settlement, 8888pk reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players' PKR Wallets.
• 8888pk reserves the right to limit bet sizes, restrict market access, or close betting markets on any event at its sole discretion, including in response to unusual betting patterns or liquidity constraints.
• Bets placed after an event has commenced may be voided at 8888pk's discretion if the in-play betting service experienced a delay that materially affected the odds at the time of bet placement.

In all disputes concerning game outcomes or bet settlement on the 8888pk Platform, the server-side records maintained by 8888pk shall be the definitive record of what occurred and shall take precedence over any client-side display or Player recollection.

Prohibited Activities and Fraud Prevention

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 8888pk Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms & Conditions:

• Opening or attempting to open more than one Account, whether in your own name or using another individual's identity;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point of interaction with 8888pk;
• Using any automated software, bot, script, algorithm, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform, including but not limited to placing bets, playing games, or exploiting promotions;
• Engaging in collusion with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Exploiting errors, software bugs, or system vulnerabilities in the Platform — any such discovery must be reported to 8888pk customer support immediately;
• Laundering money, financing prohibited activities, or using the Platform for any purpose related to financial crime;
• Allowing, facilitating, or assisting any person under the age of 21 to access the Platform or any gambling services thereon;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the technical operation of the Platform in any manner;
• Making fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes in relation to legitimate gambling transactions.

8888pk employs dedicated fraud detection systems that monitor all Account activity, transaction patterns, and gameplay behaviour. Detection methods include device fingerprinting, IP analysis, payment pattern analysis, and behavioural analytics. Players found to be operating in breach of these provisions will have no recourse to appeal winnings generated through prohibited activities.

Responsible Gaming

8888pk is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all platforms and product categories. Gambling is intended to be an entertaining leisure activity. 8888pk does not encourage gambling as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

All registered Account holders have access to the following responsible gaming tools, effective immediately upon activation via your Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits on your Account. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum PKR net loss threshold over a defined period. Once reached, further gambling activity is suspended for the duration of the period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration, after which a notification is issued and, if opted, access is temporarily suspended.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications during active gambling sessions displaying session duration and net win/loss to date.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary suspension (minimum 24 hours) or permanent closure of your Account. During a self-exclusion period, your Account will not be accessible and no promotional communications will be sent. Permanent self-exclusions are irreversible.
• Account Closure: Request immediate Account closure at any time by contacting 8888pk customer support via live chat.

If gambling is causing distress, financial hardship, or relationship difficulties, we encourage you to make use of the self-exclusion tools available on the Platform and to seek support from independent responsible gambling organisations.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 8888pk Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, service marks, trade names, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, audio, video, and any other materials — is the intellectual property of 8888pk or its licensed third-party content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8888pk grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gambling and entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content;
• Use the 8888pk name, logo, or any associated marks for commercial purposes without prior written consent;
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect data from the Platform by automated means;
• Frame or mirror the Platform or any part thereof on any other website or service.

Game content provided by third-party studio partners — including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, Microgaming, and others — remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is used under licence. Users are not granted any rights with respect to third-party game content beyond the right to play those games as an end user.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

The 8888pk Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 8888pk takes all reasonable measures to ensure that the Platform operates reliably and continuously, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 8888pk expressly excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Any gambling losses arising from participation in games or betting markets on the Platform, which are a normal and foreseeable consequence of gambling activity;
• Any loss arising from technical failures, communication network interruptions, or delays outside 8888pk's reasonable control;
• Any loss arising from your failure to safeguard your Account credentials or comply with these Terms;
• Any loss arising from the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of information provided on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 8888pk's liability for: (a) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by 8888pk; (b) death or personal injury caused by 8888pk's negligence; or (c) any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

In all cases where 8888pk's liability to a Player cannot be excluded, such liability shall be limited to the total net deposits made by that Player into their 8888pk Account in the twelve calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Amendments, Termination and Governing Law

8888pk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 8888pk will endeavour to notify registered Account holders via email or in-platform notification with a minimum of 7 days' notice before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

8888pk reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account and/or your access to the Platform at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements on an ongoing basis;
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from you;
• Closure of 8888pk's operations in a particular market;
• Any requirement under applicable law or regulatory direction.

Upon termination of your Account for reasons other than your breach of these Terms, 8888pk will return any verified Real Money Funds balance to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC verification requirements. Bonus Funds are non-refundable upon Account closure.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under 8888pk's international gaming licence jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration body as specified under our licensing terms.
